Weekly attendance is surely required, and only a few absences must be accepted by your teacher, and in advance. Checks or cash are the only payments allowed in weekly meetings. Usually if you miss 3 classes during the course of the program, you will have to start from the beginning. Starting the San Diego DUI Program from the start again will result in a higher cost as former classes must be paid for again.
If you do have to start over, you have to go back to court, with your lawyer, enroll in the course, and then you can begin again. Be very careful not to miss class if you are in the San Diego DUI Program.
